Support for Parents & Carers

Supporting your child's mental health

Supporting families

We recognise that parents and carers play a vital role in supporting their children's mental health. We offer workshops, one-to-one guidance, and resources to help you understand and respond to your child's needs.

How we can help

  • Parent/carer workshops
  • One-to-one support sessions
  • Practical strategies for home
  • Understanding your child's needs
  • Self-care for carers

This is not an exhaustive list.

You're not alone

Being a parent or carer of a child with mental health challenges can be difficult. It's important to remember that you're not alone, and seeking support for yourself is just as important.

We offer a range of support options, from group workshops where you can connect with other parents, to one-to-one sessions where we can focus on your specific situation.
